Adhesive for rigid PVC pipes in water, gas, etc. pipes. that must withstand pressure. Quick drying, allows continuous gluing.
CHARACTERISTICS
- It resists pressure up to 49.2 Kg/cm 2 , as much as the pipe itself.
- Quick drying, allows continuous gluing.
- Safer, it does not contain THF, allowing it to be applied daily without health risks.
- Standard UNE 53174 and Standard UNE 53175.
APPLICATIONS
- Assembly and repair of PVC distribution and supply networks under pressure.
- Water conduits and distributions, irrigation and agricultural facilities.
- Pneumatic pipes with pressure.
HOW TO USE
- Clean the surfaces to be joined with Cleaning Solvent.
- Apply a uniform and sufficient layer of adhesive on both surfaces.
- Insert the tubes and accessories as far as they will go, without any twist.
- Remove excess adhesive with a cloth or paper.
- Do not subject the joints to pressure or stress until 12 hours have passed.
- Once the adhesive is dry, the joint is as strong as the pipe itself.
